OFF VEHICLE DPF CLEANING

Many drivers are under the impression that when their DPF becomes blocked, they can get it cleaned whilst fitted to the vehicle by means of injecting a cleaner into it via a sensor connection point and drive it having to keep the revs up above 2500 RPM and go for a long journey, run a DPF Regen via software known as “forced Regen” (neither of these methods gives you a fully clean and problem free result, it may seem so for a short amount of time but will go wrong again), or they need to replace the whole DPF for a costly fee. However, the truth is DPF’s can be cleaned for a fraction of the replacement cost and this process offers a cost-effective solution to any DPF blockage.
Once the DPF section of exhaust has been removed by your mechanic/garage from your vehicle, our DPF cleaning system can remove almost all of the carbon soot and ash deposits leaving you with an almost like new DPF ready to fit back onto your vehicle. You will be given a before and after pressure reading plus some video footage of the cleaning process as it happens so you can see what came out and how clean it got.

ENGINE CARBON CLEANING

Why do I need to have my engine Carbon Cleaned?
Firstly, why does Carbon build up in combustion engines?
Carbon is produced due to incomplete combustion in the engine cylinders, and builds up layer upon layer of black, hardened carbon. This affects the smooth running of the engine and causes many other issues in all types of combustion vehicles like passenger cars, HGVs and even tractors to name but a few. Hybrid vehicles also have a combustion engine and therefore will incur carbon build-up in those parts. But how exactly does carbon cleaning work within your engine and is it safe for your vehicle?
HHO Technology
Our products use cutting-edge HHO engine cleaning technology to solve the problem. Each machine uses electrolysis to split water molecules into the composite elements of oxygen and hydrogen to produce oxyhydrogen or HHO gas.
Our specially designed machines are set according to the engine size.
The HHO is fed into the engine through the vehicle’s air intake valve to mix with the air and fuel in the combustion chambers of the engine. Most of our machines can offer this service in a workshop or mobile location. The final products of the reaction is hydrocarbon (HC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas. This is safely expelled past the exhaust valve, through the DPF (with diesel engines) and out of the tailpipe. This revolutionary technology is more efficient, ecological and much kinder to the engine than the traditional chemical methods used. The process is also non-invasive: a technician can now clean an engine in a matter of minutes without first disassembling it.How to Prove a Carbon Clean has worked?
As a result of a carbon clean you should feel a noticeable difference afterwards, including these main benefits:
• Better Fuel Economy
• Smoother running Engine
• Better throttle response
• Restore Engine Performance
• Lower Carbon emissions expelled into the environment.
What Vehicles can be Carbon Cleaned?
• Diesel/ Petrol/ Hybrid Engines
• Passenger Vehicles
• All Commercial Vehicles
• Agricultural vehicles
• Motorbikes
• Motor Boats

VEHICLE DIAGNOSTICS

Vehicle diagnostics uses specialised tools and software to scan a car's computer systems and identify faults or problems, ultimately helping technicians pinpoint the cause of issues and find solutions.• Purpose:
The primary goal of vehicle diagnostics is to diagnose and assess problems that may negatively affect a vehicle's normal operation.
• How it works:
Modern vehicles have extensive computer networks that provide information on various systems like the engine, brakes, and other related components. Diagnostic tools connect to these systems to read data and identify any faults or errors.
• Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs):
When a fault is detected, the diagnostic tool will often report back with a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC), a standardised code that helps technicians understand the nature of the issue.
• Systems Checked:
Diagnostics can check a wide range of systems including: Engine Management, Transmission, Airbag Systems, Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS), Fuel Injection, and more.
• Types of Diagnostic Checks:
Diagnostic checks can identify current faults (problems happening at the time of the test) or stored/historic faults (problems that have occurred previously).
• Common Applications:
Diagnostics are used for routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and preparing vehicles for inspections like MOT tests.

VEHICLE & ROOM STERILISATION

Due to the COVID-19 situation, people are more aware of the need for constant sanitisation in all of their environments including their vehicles to keep themselves and their families safer from virus and bacteria.
Our range of machines offer an easy answer to conveniently sterilise the vehicle interior in the matter of minutes. This same principle can be applied to sterilising offices and other locations.
Our state-of-the-art machines are portable units that generate Ozone (O3). O3 is a proven method for eliminating the presence of pathogens such as viruses like SARS and MERS, and even anaerobic bacteria (the stuff that can survive even without oxygen).
O3 effectively kills the organism, however it is important to maintain the standard preventative cleaning methods.
Benefits are,
Reduce Harmful bacteria/viruses,
Eliminate bad smells,
Create a clean environment,
Quick Service time under 30 minutes per vehicle or room depending on size - start to finish.
